Sale Policies

Having been an avid Ebay buyer for years, my 100% positive feedback as a buyer reflects my ability to adhere to EBay’s and PayPal’s policies, as well as my ability to communicate well with others. I am an individual committed to extending that same consideration to my own buyers, and firmly believe in customer service coming Before the Sale. My professional qualifications include a certification in Retail and Customer Service from the Opportunities Industrialization Center, as well as a Customer Service certification awarded by the National Retail Federation. craigslist is mainly for items too large or too fragile to ship

EBay  

Payment

  • Payment is currently accepted via PayPal only.
  • Payment is expected a maximum of three full days after the close of the listing.
  • Failure to pay after three full days with no contact from the buyer will result in a claim being filed against the buyer.

Shipping

  • Shipments are generally made on Tuesdays and Fridays (a day later for Federal holidays); however, your item(s) will be shipped out as soon as the day of purchase when possible.
  • The preferred shipping service is the U.S. Postal Service, with insurance and delivery confirmation included in each listing’s set price. I will however, work around Your Needs. If you want a different carrier, or extra services added/removed, simply contact me before bidding or buying!
  • Shipping is combined on multiple orders by deducting $2.oo from the shipping charge for each additional item.

Returns

The return of an item will be accepted a maximum of seven days after you receive it, and only under one of the following conditions:

  • The item has been grossly misrepresented.
  • The item was damaged during transport.

  • Call me at (215) 605-6861. Leave your name, number, the name of the item you’re asking about, and a brief message.

Remember, ask Before you Buy or Bid! Once you buy, or even bid, you are agreeing to complete the transaction – as am I. So please ask beforehand, thank you!

Feedback

As a seller and buyer, I find feedback to be critical, and always endeavor to provide said feedback in a timely manner, usually within three days. If three days has passed, and you have still not received feedback from me, don’t be afraid to remind me.

Payment

The buyer is to inspect the item in person at the time of pick-up, and upon satisfaction, provide payment in the form of cash or a bank-certified check. Personal checks and money orders will not be accepted. A receipt will be provided for both our records.

Shipping

Local pick-up only at a mutually agreed upon location.

Returns

Items sold locally are to be thoroughly inspected by the buyer prior to payment, therefore returns are not accepted.
