Hello,

My name is Felicia Kelly, and I am a twenty-something would-be artist currently residing in Philadelphia, PA, in the U.S.

The purpose of this blog is multi-fold and continuous:

photography by designing my own site and post images from scratch, no stock services – like an exercise, and sharing my art experiments in general for hopefully advanced critique;

graphic design and free downloads of various stock resources I’ve made from scratch;

as I learn more about web design and development, and programming, I’ll be experimenting with, implementing, and sharing what I learn via tutorials, shared articles,

practicing and improving upon my writing skills via my posts;

exercise my mind by researching via the internet and more importantly physical books and periodicals, learning and writing about topics from many different fields as possible, the less previously explored and /or obscure, the better. I will include sources and bibliographies for every post, where applicable.

Current Tasks

Take the Now Reading Reloaded plugin I’ve modified to my site, and modify it further into a ‘favorite things’ or ‘wishlist’ type plugin that can take over my primary uses of the web service Kaboodle.
Replace the “My Instagrams” plugin on the sidebar with a dynamic ajax slideshow connected to my own art gallery.
Customize the category archives to include the category description at the top
Modify the fonts, color palette, and graphics
